PRC Builders didn’t start by swinging hammers for other people. Pat Raymond Ciccaglione started as a developer — acquiring and developing property on Route 1 in Milford and building it out for himself. When it’s your own capital, your own permits, and your own schedule on the line, you learn fast what keeps a project on budget, which corners can never be cut, and exactly what a contractor should be held accountable for.

Then people started asking who did the work — and PRC started building for clients. The same crews that built our own projects took on roofs, siding, additions, remodels, and ground-up construction across Southern Connecticut, and earned twenty-three five-star Google reviews doing it. Nothing else. We hold the licenses to match the scope: New Home Construction (NHC.0016349), Home Improvement (HIC.0661478), and Class B Demolition (DMCR.003450) through our PRC Demolition division.
