What size commercial projects do you take on?

Build-outs and tenant improvements from a few thousand square feet up, commercial renovations, and light ground-up commercial construction. We are built for substantial, permitted work with real schedules — not patch jobs. If your project has plans and a deadline, it is our lane.

Can you provide COIs and lender-ready documentation?

Yes, same day in most cases. PRC Builders carries $2M in liability coverage and provides certificates of insurance, detailed scopes, schedules of values, lien waivers, and full closeout documentation as standard practice — not as a favor.

Can you work in an occupied building?

We do it constantly. We phase construction around tenants and business hours, contain dust and noise, and coordinate access with your property manager so the building keeps operating while we work.

Do you work with our architect, or bring your own?

Either. If you have a design team, we plug in, price from their drawings, and manage RFIs and submittals. If you do not, we bring architects and engineers we have worked with for years and run design-build under one contract.

Who manages the project day to day?

Pat, the owner, with our own W-2 crews on site — not a rotating cast of subcontractors under a broker. One point of contact from proposal to punch list, and a call back within two hours if he is on a roof when you phone.
