Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the PRC Builders website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Services

PRC Builders provides roofing, siding, gutters, demolition, and related exterior home improvement services in Connecticut. Our instant estimator tool provides price ranges based on your input, but final pricing requires an on-site inspection.

Estimates

Our instant estimator provides approximate price ranges based on the information you provide. These estimates are:

• Subject to verification through an on-site inspection
• Not a binding contract or guarantee of final price
• Valid for 30 days from the date generated
• Subject to change based on material costs and project scope

Contracts

All work performed by PRC Builders is governed by a written contract signed by both parties. The contract will specify the scope of work, materials, timeline, payment terms, and warranties.

Payment Terms

Unless otherwise specified in your contract:

• A deposit may be required to schedule work
• Progress payments may be required for larger projects
• Final payment is due upon project completion
• We accept various payment methods as specified in the contract

Warranties

PRC Builders provides a 5-year workmanship warranty on all completed projects. Materials carry manufacturer warranties as specified. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing and are subject to the terms outlined in your project contract.

Liability

PRC Builders carries $2 million in liability insurance and workers' compensation insurance for all employees. We are not liable for damages or delays caused by weather, acts of God, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Cancellation

Cancellation terms are specified in your project contract. Generally, deposits for scheduled work may be non-refundable if materials have been ordered or work has been scheduled.

• You consent to receive transactional text messages at the mobile number you provide
• Messages include job updates, appointment reminders, security alerts, OTPs, and customer care responses
• Message frequency varies based on your service activity
• Message and data rates may apply from your carrier
• You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message

• We use Twilio as our SMS service provider
